  • Track status through approval

Submittals

  • Prepare and review submittal packages before submission

  • Track status and follow up to avoid delays

  • Distribute approved submittals to the field

  • Physical submittals can also be sent to our office for review, preparation, and submission

Meetings & Follow Ups

  • Record OAC and subcontractor meeting minutes and action items

  • Track responsibilities and due dates

  • Follow up to keep items from falling through the cracks

  • Attend real time meetings via call in, zoom, or MS teams

Closeout Support

  • Catalog and organize closeout documents per client specifications

  • Provide to end users via digital or physical copies​
