Experience & Qualificatoins
This page provides additional background for clients who want a deeper look at my experience in construction management, project coordination, and technical support.
My experience spans both general contractor and owner’s-representative roles, supporting projects from early planning through closeout.
1
Construction Management Experience
I’ve worked in construction management roles since 2016, serving as both a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects.
Most recently, I worked as an owner’s representative with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE, supporting capital and facilities projects for large, nationally recognized organizations. In these roles, I acted as the day-to-day point of coordination between owners, general contractors, designers, vendors, and municipalities.
2
General Contractor Experience
Prior to my owner’s-representative roles, I worked with several small- and mid-sized general contractors in the Washington, DC area.
My contractor-side experience includes supporting commercial interior fit-outs, tenant improvement projects, and ground-up multifamily residential construction. In these roles, I was directly involved in RFIs, submittals, bid coordination, change management, and field-driven documentation.
This experience directly informs how I support contractor clients today.
